INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

· Six years of design experience in fiber optic telecom systems for
  undersea (proprietary data rate) and terrestrial (SONET OC-48)
  data transmission at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Primary designs
  were high frequency signal regenerators, clock recovery and
  retiming modules, receiver pre-amps, amplifiers, hybrid circuits,
  and special test fixtures.

· Over four and a half years of fiber optic datacom design for SFP,
  Xpak, Xenpak, FDDI, LAN ATM, Fibre Channel, and Gigabit Ethernet
  communication modules at Siemens, Gigabit Optics, and others.

· Laboratory and test set design including: multifunctional and
  generic test fixtures & PCBs; equipment selection for fully
  automated device characterization; and generation of test
  software (BASIC, C, C++, ...) for instrumentation control and data
  logging.

· Over fifteen years of experience in IC, PCB, and hybrid design
  including the certification and selection of suppliers, testers, and
  assemblers at various employers.

· CAE experience with a variety of simulation packages including
  SPICE and TOUCHSTONE.
